Job Summary
Optimize store performance and profitability by analyzing sales results, communicating goals, and scheduling employees based on performance to manage payroll cost-effectively. Train team members in sales techniques and product features while maintaining corporate standards and providing warm customer service. Lead human resources efforts by recruiting, training, and evaluating staff, and manage work schedules and absences to foster a positive work environment. Oversee marketing and visual presentation by creating attractive displays, planning orders, and maintaining store cleanliness. Open and close the store, manage controllable expenses, and apply head office policies. Work full-time with flexible hours, including holidays during busy periods, earning performance bonuses and a 50% product discount.
