Mobilize your team to foster a positive environment, recruit new candidates, and lead performance evaluations. Master product knowledge to provide warm welcomes, answer customer questions, and maintain visual displays according to planograms. Manage all controllable expenses, open and close the store, and collaborate with mall administration to support the brand's global presence.
