Job Summary
Optimize store performance and profitability by analyzing sales results, scheduling employees based on performance, and communicating clear sales goals to your team. Train staff in product features and sales techniques, while maintaining corporate standards and motivating the team to excel. Manage all store operations by opening and closing the store, controlling expenses, and ensuring a positive work environment that reflects our brand culture. Recruit, prepare, and train new hires, conduct performance evaluations, and collaborate with mall administration to maintain visual displays and store cleanliness. Work full-time hours with flexible scheduling, open to holidays and longer shifts during busy periods.
