Job Summary

Train staff in product features and sales techniques while maintaining corporate standards and delivering warm customer service. Mobilize your team to foster a positive environment, recruit new candidates, and conduct performance evaluations. Manage daily operations by opening and closing the store, planning work schedules, and controlling expenses. Master product knowledge to build a loyal customer base and maintain visual displays according to planograms. Coordinate with management and mall administration to ensure seamless store functioning.
