Job Summary
Oversee daily restaurant operations as Assistant Manager, lead staff recruitment and training, manage cash control, scheduling, safety compliance, and collaborate with the General Manager to drive guest hospitality, service quality, and sales growth. Coach and discipline staff, ensure documentation and policy adherence, maintain inventory and cost controls, and uphold brand standards while supporting the HOH/FOH teams.
Required Qualifications
- Substantial leadership experience in high-volume restaurants and/or bars
- Ability to apply common-sense understanding to carry out multi-step instructions
- Ability to interview, warn, counsel, hire and fire employees with proper documentation
- Cash handling procedures proficiency
- Ability to develop from leadership to AGM level
- Ability to recruit proactively
- Knowledge of safety and sanitation guidelines
- Must maintain compliance with policies and document incidents as required
- Ability to communicate in English (Spanish helpful)
- ServSafe Food Manager and ServSafe Alcohol certifications (or ability to obtain)
- Attend Twin Peaks Assistant Manager training prior to working without supervision
- Complete training in compliance with local/state regulations (food/alcohol service certifications)
