Job Summary
Assistant Manager – CRM Data Management responsible for maintaining data quality, governance, and reporting visibility across the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform. Serves as the primary offshore liaison for onshore stakeholders, driving accurate CRM operations within a governed delivery framework. Responsibilities include CRM data operations (account, contact, opportunity, activity maintenance), regular data audits, governance of data entry standards, SOP/documentation, KPI/SLA reporting, Power BI dashboards, UAT coordination, and strong collaboration with onshore teams and the MBS group. The role emphasizes offshore-onshore coordination, data quality, issue resolution, and continuous improvement of CRM workflows and reporting, with leadership capability to support junior team members and ensure timely, accurate data delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Power BI experience
- Experience with data governance and data quality initiatives
- Ability to coordinate offshore-onshore teams
- Experience in reporting and KPI/SLA management
- UAT coordination and defect tracking
- Excellent documentation and SOP maintenance
- Stakeholder management and effective communication
