Job Summary
Assist management in daily kitchen-service operations and staff leadership to ensure optimal guest service. Responsibilities include opening/closing duties, maintaining FIFO and inventory, supervising and coaching staff, training, scheduling, evaluating performance, and enforcing safety and company policies. Ensure grooming, attire, cleanliness, and professional communication; address guest service needs; manage equipment and work orders; foster teamwork and a positive work environment; uphold quality standards and seek efficiency improvements. Preferred qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, at least 2 years related experience, and at least 1 year of supervisory experience.
