Job Summary
Assist location manager with the day-to-day operations of the facility to provide prompt, courteous service while maintaining efficiency and profitability. Supervise mixing, loading and dispatch; manage assets, maintenance plans, and safety/compliance (DOT, driver records, state chemist records); support inventory management to meet delivery timelines and inventory turns; assist with crop protection and fertility recommendations using SSI, DataOnTouch, field plans, mapping and record keeping; help establish short-term goals and budgets aligned with long-range growth plans; collaborate with managers, credit, marketing, and HR to maximize profitability; assist with sales activities for assigned accounts; required to have a Class A CDL with hazmat endorsement, Category 1A applicators license, and proficiency in Excel/Word/Outlook; BS Agriculture degree preferred or equivalent agronomy experience; Keystone Cooperative offers benefits and growth opportunities; located in Wingate, IN.
Required Qualifications
- Class A CDL with hazmat endorsement
- Category 1A applicators license
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- BS Agriculture related degree preferred or 3 to 5 years progressive agronomy related experience
