Assistant Manager

Partner with the Restaurant General Manager on success metrics and lead the restaurant team to reach goals. Own the guest experience through friendly interactions, maintaining a clean restaurant, and ensuring hot and fresh meals. Grow and mentor the team via training and hiring while effectively communicating goals, promotions, and business updates. Lead a positive, collaborative family environment by setting high standards in customer service, cleanliness, and quality. Utilize resources for effective training and development, building the team through selecting and onboarding new hires. Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation.
