Assistant Manager

Partner with the Restaurant General Manager on success metrics and lead the restaurant team to reach goals. Own the guest experience by ensuring friendly interactions, a clean restaurant, and hot, fresh meals. Grow and mentor the team through training and hiring while effectively communicating goals, promotions, and business updates. Lead a positive, collaborative family environment by setting high standards in customer service, cleanliness, and quality. Select and onboard new hires to build a strong team. This role requires a goal-oriented leader with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, operating within a fast-paced environment at KFC Corporation in Louisville, Kentucky.
