Assistant Manager

Partner with the General Manager on success metrics and lead the team to reach goals while owning the guest experience through friendly interactions, clean environments, and hot meals. Grow and mentor staff through training and hiring, then effectively communicate goals, promotions, and business updates to maintain a positive, collaborative family atmosphere. Lead by example with high standards in customer service, cleanliness, and quality, utilizing resources for effective team development. Select and onboard new hires to build a goal-oriented culture that values customer service and KFC's values. Requires a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and must be 18 years or older.
