Job Summary
Support the Publican to keep the pub running smoothly, safely, and with a great vibe while handling hiccups before they turn into headaches. Get to know the locals so well they think you're part of the crew and bring the energy, service, and smiles every single shift. Learn the ropes of being a Publican while leading a team of hospitality legends. Perform manual handling and lifting tasks such as moving stock, kegs, and deliveries as part of regular duties. Maintain a current RSA and Approved Manager card as per WA state requirements. Grow your career within ALH Hotels and the wider Endeavour Group network.
Required Qualifications
- Current RSA and Approved Manager card as per WA state requirements
- Ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently (manual handling and lifting)
- Experience supervising
