Job Summary
Assist the store management team in instilling company values through modeling, coaching, and providing high-quality instruction. Implement sales and merchandising plans while delivering and meeting departmental budgets and goals. Manage loss prevention processes, including participation in prevention strategies and investigations. Oversee store stock management, merchandising, and pricing to maximize category sales. This role requires two years of retail management experience and the ability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends. Candidates must possess strong leadership skills and flexibility to operate in a rapidly changing environment. Physical demands include mobility and manual material handling, such as using ladders and stock pickers. Required Qualifications
