Job Summary
Assist the store management team in instilling company values through modeling, coaching, and high-quality instruction while implementing sales and merchandising plans to promote an engaged team culture. Deliver and meet sales budgets and goals for your department, manage store stock, merchandising, and pricing to maximize category sales, and participate in loss prevention strategies and investigations. Work in a rapidly changing environment across various shifts including evenings and weekends, requiring flexibility and strong leadership skills. Required Qualifications

- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends as required
- 2 years experience in retail management and customer service
- Physical demands that are required include mobility (walking, standing, climbing, bending, etc.) and manual material handling (lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, etc.)
- Movement of product by use of ladders and stock pickers is required
