Job Summary
Assist store management in instilling company values through modeling, coaching, and high-quality instruction while implementing sales and merchandising plans to promote an engaged team culture. Manage loss prevention processes by participating in prevention strategies and investigations. Oversee store stock management, merchandising, and pricing to maximize category sales, and deliver on department sales budgets and goals. Requires two years of retail management experience and flexibility for evening and weekend shifts. Full-time role with a salary range of $42,000 to $45,000 annually.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment where priorities change
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends as required
- 2 years experience in retail management and customer service
- Physical demands that are required include mobility (walking, standing, climbing, bending, etc.) and manual material handling (lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, etc.)
- Movement of product by use of ladders and stock pickers is required
