Job Summary
Establish and implement short and long-range objectives for the store location while overseeing related functions and administering company policies. Supervise subordinate staff by hiring and training new employees, coordinating daily workflows, and conducting performance evaluations as requested. Manage daily store operations, including ordering, spreadsheet reconciliation, and scheduling, while monitoring performance to increase productivity and profitability. Resolve conflicts, manage inventory, and facilitate purchases. Collaborate with other managers to analyze costs and present management reports. Requires three years of retail management experience and proficiency with POS software.
Required Qualifications
- High School Education
- Three (3) years retail management experience
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking throughout the retail space
- Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds at times
- Must be able to bend, kneel, stoop, twist, reach above head & below knees, squat and safely climb a ladder/step stool
