Job Summary
Assistant Manager leads donor-floor operations as a visible leader, partners with the Center Director on operations, donor experience, and compliance, and coaches team members to foster a growth-oriented, high-performing culture. Responsibilities include owning day-to-day operations, ensuring safety and regulatory standards, managing inventory and equipment, recruiting and developing staff, and aligning team priorities through regular updates and collaboration. Candidates should have 2+ years of supervisory experience, a high school diploma or GED or higher, be able to lift 50 lbs. and work across day/evening shifts, weekends, and holidays, and be comfortable working in cold environments. The role is fully onsite with opportunities for a competitive base salary plus a monthly bonus potential and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED equivalent, or higher education
- 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs., sit or stand for extended periods, and enter cold environments (-40°C) for short periods
- Ability to work both day and evening hours, weekends, holidays, extended shifts as needed
