Job Summary
Own day-to-day operations by jumping in on the donor floor, keeping things moving, and ensuring smooth donor flow and retention. Partner on strategy with the Center Director to plan and execute goals around operations, donor experience, and compliance. Lead by example and coach team members in real time while monitoring quality, safety, and regulatory standards. Manage and maintain inventory, equipment, and supplies, and recruit and develop exceptional team members. Communicate and align expectations through regular team syncs to keep everyone focused on the day's priorities. This role requires 2+ years of supervisory experience, ability to lift 50 lbs., and flexibility for day/evening shifts, weekends, and holidays. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED equivalent, or higher education
- 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
- Ability to enter cold environments (-40°C) for short periods
- Ability to work both day and evening hours
- Ability to work weekends
- Ability to work holidays
- Ability to work extended shifts as needed
