Job Summary
Provide friendly, outgoing, and professional customer service while leading store staff to meet performance expectations. duties include supervising and motivating team members, reconciling shift reports and performing daily bookkeeping/bank deposits, delegating tasks and ensuring shift duties are completed, maintaining communications with the Store Manager and Sales Associates, enforcing company policies and safety standards, assisting with recruiting, training, and evaluating employees, participating in monthly meetings and customer service initiatives, and maintaining knowledge of POS systems and transaction devices. Responsible for daily operations including reporting, pricing updates, safety compliance, fuel equipment, and facility management; ensures adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, strong leadership and customer service skills, ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail/fuel environment, proficiency with basic computer applications, 10-key, and ability to stand for extended periods; valid driver's license and auto insurance verification required. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Some college coursework preferred
- Leadership experience in fast-paced retail/fuel environment
- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
