Job Summary
Maintain a noticeably cleaner restaurant, perform all opening and closing tasks, and execute full food preparation including baking bread and slicing. Manage and lead a crew of 3 to 7 people, create employee schedules, place inventory orders, and assist in training. Interface with customers to provide an exceptional experience, fill in for the Manager in all capacities when needed, and participate in management team meetings and strategy sessions. Operate the slicer with a Key Holder status and maintain accountability and integrity.
Required Qualifications
- High school degree or equivalent
- Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer
- Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to thrive in a fast pace environment
- Able to communicate effectively with guests
- Ability to meet schedule requirements and is a reliable performer
Desired Qualifications
- 1 Year QSR experience preferred
- Excellent Menu and product knowledge awesome personality
- Desire to improve self and skill sets
