Job Summary
Assist in-store operations alongside the General Manager; lead by example and execute systems and procedures with 100% integrity. As an Assistant Manager, contribute to ensuring the store is in exceptional order, supervise employees, and help drive efficient performance. Requires a 40-hour workweek, proficiency with MS Word/Excel/Outlook and Adobe Acrobat, and the ability to handle fast-paced, high-stress environments. Prioritize tasks with minimal supervision and offer informed opinions/recommendations to the store and staff. In-store deli/food preparation context and fresh-baked items reflect Jimmy Fresh’s everyday operations.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work a 40 hour week
- At least 18 years of age
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
- Ability to handle fast-paced and high stress situations in the store
- Organize and establish priorities in the store with minimal supervision
- Willing to offer opinions and recommendations towards the store and employees
