Job Summary
Maintain restaurant cleanliness, perform all opening and closing tasks, and execute bread baking and slicing prep. Manage and lead a crew of 3 to 7 people while creating employee schedules and placing inventory orders. Interface with customers to provide an exceptional experience and assist in employee training. Fill in for the Manager in all capacities when needed and participate in management team meetings and strategy sessions.
Required Qualifications
- High school degree or equivalent
- Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer
- Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to thrive in a fast pace environment
- Able to communicate effectively with guests
- Ability to meet schedule requirements and is a reliable performer
Desired Qualifications
- 1 Year QSR experience preferred
- Excellent Menu and product knowledge
- Awesome personality
- Desire to improve self and skill sets
- Participate in all Jersey Mike's training programs
