Job Summary
Support the General Manager in leading daily restaurant operations, coaching team members, and delivering exceptional customer service. Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, inventory management, cash handling, and shift operations while ensuring food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards are met. Help drive sales while maintaining a positive workplace culture. This role requires a natural leader with strong communication skills, multitasking abilities, and a passion for outstanding service. Pay ranges from $21.00 to $22.00 per hour plus tips, with flexible scheduling and paid training available.
