Job Summary
Maintain restaurant cleanliness and perform all opening and closing tasks while baking bread and executing prep work. Interface with customers to provide an exceptional experience and manage a crew of three to seven people. Create employee schedules, place inventory orders, and fill in for the Manager in all capacities when needed. Assist in employee training, participate in management team meetings, and lead by example. Perform all tasks related to slicing and operate the slicer safely.
Required Qualifications
- High school degree or equivalent
- Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer
- Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to thrive in a fast pace environment
- Able to communicate effectively with guests
- Ability to meet schedule requirements and is a reliable performer
Desired Qualifications
- 1 Year QSR experience preferred
- Excellent Menu and product knowledge
- Awesome personality
- Desire to improve self and skill sets
- Participate in all Jersey Mike's training programs
- Ability to multitask and work with a sense of urgency
- Full understanding of the term's accountability and integrity
- Manage and lead crew of 3 to 7 people
