Job Summary
Assistant General Manager responsibilities include maintaining a clean restaurant in a fast-paced team-driven atmosphere, multitasking and working with a sense of urgency, providing exceptional customer service, opening/closing the store, baking bread and prep, leading a crew of 3–7 people, scheduling, inventory orders, training, and participating in management team meetings; requires education at the high school level and Serve Safe Certification.
Required Qualifications
- High school degree or equivalent
- 1 Year QSR experience preferred
- Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler
- Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer
- Must have reliable transportation
