Job Summary
Maintain a noticeably cleaner restaurant environment while performing all opening and closing tasks. Manage and lead a crew of 3 to 7 people, create employee schedules, and place inventory orders. Interface with customers to provide an exceptional experience, assist in employee training, and fill in for the Manager in all capacities when needed. Prepare food by baking bread and performing all prep work, including slicing. Participate in management team meetings and strategy sessions while demonstrating accountability and integrity.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to thrive in a fast pace environment
- Able to communicate effectively with guests
- Ability to meet schedule requirements and is a reliable performer
Desired Qualifications
- 1 Year QSR experience preferred
- Excellent Menu and product knowledge
- Awesome personality
- Desire to improve self and skill sets
- Participate in all Jersey Mike's training programs
