Job Summary
Maintain the restaurant to a noticeably higher standard of cleanliness than others and perform all tasks related to opening and closing the store. Manage and lead a crew of 3 to 7 people, create employee schedules, and place inventory orders while filling in for the Manager in all capacities when needed. Interface with customers to provide an exceptional experience, assist in employee training, and participate in management team meetings and strategy sessions. Bake bread, perform all prep work, and operate the slicer with proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- High school degree or equivalent
- Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer
- Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to thrive in a fast pace environment
- Able to communicate effectively with guests
- Ability to meet schedule requirements and is a reliable performer
Desired Qualifications
- 1 Year QSR experience preferred
- Excellent Menu and product knowledge awesome personality
