Job Summary
Maintain the restaurant to a higher cleanliness standard than others and perform all opening and closing tasks. Manage and lead a crew of three to seven people while creating employee schedules and placing inventory orders. Interface with customers to provide an exceptional experience and assist in employee training. Participate in management team meetings and strategy sessions, and fill in for the Manager in all capacities when needed. Bake bread and perform all food preparation tasks including slicing.
Required Qualifications
- High school degree or equivalent
- Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer
- Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler
- Must have reliable transportation
- Excellent Menu and product knowledge
- Awesome personality
- Must be able to thrive in a fast pace environment
- Able to communicate effectively with guests
- Ability to meet schedule requirements
- Reliable performer
Desired Qualifications
- 1 Year QSR experience preferred
