Job Summary
Maintain restaurant cleanliness and perform all tasks related to opening and closing the store, including baking bread and slicing. Interface with customers to provide an exceptional experience while managing and leading a crew of three to seven people. Create employee schedules, place inventory orders, and assist in employee training. Participate in management team meetings and strategy sessions, filling in for the manager in all capacities when needed. Key holder status required.
Required Qualifications
- High school degree or equivalent
- Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer
- Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to thrive in a fast pace environment
- Able to communicate effectively with guests
- Ability to meet schedule requirements and is a reliable performer
Desired Qualifications
- 1 Year QSR experience preferred
- Excellent Menu and product knowledge

- Desire to improve self and skill sets
- Participate in all Jersey Mike's training programs
