Job Summary
Assistant General Manager responsibilities include maintaining a clean, fast-paced restaurant, multi-tasking with urgency, interfacing with guests to provide an exceptional experience, leading a crew of 3-7 people, opening/closing procedures, baking bread and prep, creating employee schedules, placing inventory orders, training staff, and leading by example while participating in management team discussions. Strong emphasis on accountability, integrity, excellent menu/product knowledge, and delivering great customer service with a positive, energetic attitude.
Required Qualifications
- Education: High school degree or equivalent
- 1 Year QSR experience preferred
- Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler
- Must have reliable transportation
