Manage labor and food costs to optimize profitability while maintaining high standards, and assist in training and developing staff to ensure strong team performance. Handle inventory and ordering to maintain stock levels and minimize waste, working closely with the store manager to achieve sales goals and improve store performance. This 45-hour week includes weekends and holidays, with a competitive salary of $45,000-$50,000 and monthly bonus potential.
