Assistant Manager

Conduct all tasks related to opening and closing the store, maintain a noticeably cleaner restaurant environment, and perform all food preparation including baking bread and slicing. Manage and lead a crew of three to seven people, create employee schedules, and place inventory orders while filling in for the Manager in all capacities when needed. Interface with customers to provide an exceptional experience, assist in employee training, and participate in management team meetings and strategy sessions. Requires reliable transportation, Serve Safe certification, and one year of QSR experience preferred.
