Job Summary
Assistant General Manager at Jersey Mike's Subs in Sammamish, WA. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean restaurant, working in a fast-paced team-driven atmosphere, multitasking with urgency, interfacing with customers to provide an exceptional experience, understanding accountability and integrity, acting as Key Holder, opening/closing the store, baking bread and performing prep, managing and leading a crew of 3 to 7 people, proficient slicing, creating employee schedules, placing inventory orders, filling in for the Manager as needed, assisting in employee training, leading by example, and participating in management team meetings and strategy sessions.
Required Qualifications
- High school degree or equivalent
- Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler
- Must have reliable transportation
- 1 Year QSR experience preferred
- Excellent Menu and product knowledge
- Able to communicate effectively with guests
