Job Summary
Assistant Manager responsible for guest services, automotive sales, and promoting Ramona Tire offerings. Duties include maintaining guest services, selling products and services, test driving, diagnosing and repairing vehicles to specifications, explaining technical diagnoses to customers, staying current with automotive technology through training, and maintaining an organized and safe service bay. Requires customer-focused communication, ability to work in a process-driven environment, and a valid California driver’s license. Location is El Cajon, CA. Starts at $20/hour with bonus potential and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience as a Service Advisor or Assistant Manager is helpful, but not required
- Professional appearance and proven ability to work in a process driven environment
- Possess valid CA driver’s license, or obtain a valid CA driver’s license within 30 days of hire date
- Ability to work a minimum of five days, including Saturday's
