Job Summary
Assist the General Manager in managing daily restaurant operations to ensure quality food, cleanliness, and efficiency for guests. Hire, train, supervise, and develop staff while setting clear expectations and providing continuous feedback. Manage key areas including food and paper, labor, and guest service, and enforce safety and sanitation standards alongside all federal, state, and local laws. Create an upbeat atmosphere during shifts and help employees understand the purpose behind tasks. Work irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
