Job Summary
Assistant Manager role supporting store operations and leadership alongside the Store Manager. Responsibilities include training, mentoring, supervising employees, enforcing company policies, promoting store specials, managing food handling and sanitation, maintaining cleanliness and stock, operating the cash register, handling deposits, preparing weekly orders, responding to emergencies when the Store Manager is unavailable, and supervising weekend/shift coverage. Requires leadership experience, strong customer service, and the ability to work a 24/7 operation. Must pass safety and food-handling guidelines and have a High School Diploma or GED; valid driver license preferred; legal age to sell alcohol and tobacco.
