Job Summary
Lead shifts, assist crew members, and provide smiling, friendly service to guests while partnering with the GM to meet daily goals. Train, coach, and develop successful team members, prepare delicious southern foods, and help run a million-dollar business through high energy and high standards. Create a fun work environment where everyone feels supported, respected, and valued. Starting pay up to $880/week based on experience.
