Job Summary
In-Room-Dining Manager oversees daily Room Service operations, directs and trains colleagues, coordinates with kitchen and other departments to ensure timely delivery of orders, reviews payroll and labor costs, maintains food safety and sanitation standards, manages inventory, engages with guests for feedback, and supports FB Leadership with training plans to exceed departmental goals and drive guest satisfaction. Requires 2+ years in a similar role and 3+ years in restaurant/hotel operations; hospitality at a 5-star, upmarket resort background preferred. Strong communication, team leadership, and operational excellence are essential for delivering elevated in-room dining experiences.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years’ experience at a similar level
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a restaurant or hotel operation with recognized high standards
- Experience in 5*, an upmarket resort would be an advantage but not a requirement
- Excellent Communication skills
