Assistant Manager, Investment Operations

Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day Group Investment Operations activities and coach junior staff; manage the full trade lifecycle from front to back, including trade instructions, matching, settlement, corporate actions, cash and position management, and collateral management, to ensure compliance, efficiency, and quality. Lead and deliver reconciliations among custodians, fund managers, and Bloomberg; perform pre/post-trade support and month-end processes; drive regional projects and transformation initiatives; support cash/currency operations for group entities; establish and manage ISDA/CSA agreements for the derivative program; prepare and coordinate KYC, regulatory, and audit requests; handle derivative confirmations, collateral issuance/settlement, and related controls. Act as SME for processes and SOPs, contribute to design and continuous improvement of group-wide investment operations guidelines, and mentor staff while coordinating with internal/external counterparts to ensure timely and accurate investment transactions.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Accounting/Finance/Business or related fields
- 8+ years of experience in middle office operations, collateral support, trading processing
- Advanced knowledge of Bloomberg AIM is required
- Knowledge of ISDA and CSA documentation is required
- Experience leading small teams in an Investment Operations environment is preferred
- Strong communication and active listening skills; ability to work independently or in a team
