Job Summary
Track and provide expenditure documentation to support client billing while establishing trackers for record keeping. Support program budget development, forecasting, and the preparation of Terms of Reference, contracts, and due diligence for new consultants and partners. Manage logistics such as booking travel and organizing visas for consultants. Assist in recruiting associates and preparing contracts, while collaborating on internal messaging and producing communications detailing the Asia Pacific region's capabilities. This 12-18 month Professional Development Scheme prepares high-performing participants for future Program Manager roles within ASI's Asia Pacific office. Applicants must hold an undergraduate degree in development or management and have up to three years of experience. Permanent right to work in Australia is required.
Required Qualifications

- Undergraduate degree in a relevant subject across either the development sector (e.g. development, international relations, political studies) or management (e.g. business administration, program management, organisational development)
- Up to 3 years of professional experience
- Recent graduate or early-career professional status
