Job Summary
Assistant Manager at Insta-Cash Pawn in Longview, TX. Responsibilities include pawnbroker tasks such as writing pawn loans, processing buys, and sales to retail customers, plus supervising employees, assigning tasks, taking inventories, training, cash reconciliation, and preparing daily paperwork. Drive customer service, open/close procedures, maintain sales floor displays, oversee all pawnbroker activities on shifts, protect company against loss, assist senior management with pricing hard goods, and ensure accountability and leadership. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Cash handling experience
- 2 year minimum pawn shop experience as a Third Key or Assistant Manager
- 1 year minimum sales experience
- Outgoing and energetic personality
- Ability to multi-task
- Spanish & English Required
- Must pass drug test
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Continuous standing
- Frequent walking, reaching, bending
- Occasional climbing
