Job Summary
As an SONIC Assistant Manager, you will manage all aspects of the restaurant (People, Operations, Profits, and Sales) in conjunction with the General Manager. You will hire, train, manage, and develop the crew to deliver quality food in a clean, safe, and efficient environment so customers have an enjoyable experience. You’ll help spark moments of delightful possibility for customers by leading operations and driving performance, while supporting the team through coaching and training. The role involves aiding in guest experience, supervising daily activities, and contributing to business outcomes with a focus on crew development and consistent brand standards.
Required Qualifications
- One to two years of prior restaurant management experience
- QSR highly preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
