Assistant Manager in Training

Assistant Manager in Training program to develop leadership skills in store operations. You’ll provide exceptional customer service, coach and develop team members, enforce company policies, manage expenses and inventory, promote store specials, handle deposits and weekly orders, and assist in training new employees. Duties include maintaining cleanliness and safety, reducing losses, managing food service and beverage programs to maximize sales, and supporting shift operations, with additional duties as assigned. Requires high school diploma or GED, flexible 24/7 availability (nights, weekends, holidays), prior leadership and customer service experience, valid driver's license, ability to work around alcohol/tobacco and slot machines (NV), and strong teamwork and communication skills. This is a temporary role designed to transition into management or other positions during the training period.
