Job Summary
Manage kitchen operations, take customer orders, and handle cash drawers while ensuring timely service and safe deliveries. Assist with daily food prep including slicing meats and shredding cheese, monitor POS systems, and address customer complaints. Lead staff to meet labor goals, train new employees, and perform end-of-day counts. Work flexible day, night, and weekend shifts with a goal of transitioning to full-time within 12 months. Must possess a clean driving history, ability to lift 50 lbs, and willingness to relocate for training.
