Job Summary
Assistant Manager II responsible for supervising store staff, hiring and developing employees, creating a positive environment for employees and customers, meeting performance metrics, analyzing daily sales to maximize revenue, ensuring banking/safety/operational compliance, controlling expenses (labor, inventory, maintenance), assigning daily tasks to maintain a clean, stocked, organized store, and delivering exceptional customer service while resolving issues and supporting advancement opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
