Job Summary
Assist in managing Palm Beach Tan store operations in Fredericksburg, VA. Lead staff through a 5-week manager-training course, interview, hire, and develop employees; create a positive environment for employees and customers; analyze daily sales to maximize revenue; ensure banking, safety, operations, and legal compliance; control expenses including labor, inventory, and maintenance; assign and follow up on daily tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, and organized; provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues; and drive performance to meet self-imposed metrics and develop employees to achieve their targets. Requires standing/walking for long periods, ability to lift 25 pounds, and reliable transportation. Equal Opportunity Employer.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of supervisory experience
