Job Summary
Assistant Manager II with at least 1 year of supervisory experience to oversee store staff, interview and hire employees, develop and motivate team, maintain a positive and respectful environment for staff and customers, meet performance metrics, analyze daily sales to maximize revenue, ensure banking, safety, operations and legal requirements, control expenses, assign and manage daily tasks to keep store clean and organized, and provide exceptional customer service and issue resolution.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
