Job Summary
Assistant Manager II role overseeing store operations: interview, hire, and develop staff; create a positive environment for employees and customers; meet self-performance metrics and help employees meet theirs; analyze daily sales to maximize revenue; comply with banking, safety, operations, and legal requirements; control labor, inventory, and maintenance costs; assign and follow up on daily tasks to keep the store clean and well-stocked; provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Ability to effectively motivate others
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
