Job Summary
Assistant Manager II responsible for sustaining store performance through hands-on leadership: interview, hire, and develop staff; foster a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers; pursue self-performance metrics and help staff meet their metrics; analyze daily sales to maximize revenue; ensure banking, safety, operations, and legal requirements are met; control labor, inventory, and maintenance costs; assign and follow up on daily tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, and organized; deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues. The role includes a required 5-week manager-training course with performance metrics and is supported by base pay plus commission and bonus opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 18 years of age
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Ability to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation
