Job Summary
Assist in managing the store by interviewing, hiring, and developing staff; foster a positive environment for employees and customers; meet performance metrics and help employees reach their targets; analyze daily sales to maximize revenue; ensure banking, safety, operations, and legal requirements are met; control labor, inventory, and maintenance costs; assign and follow up on daily tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, and organized; deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues; participate in a required 5-week manager-training course; demonstrate leadership, motivate others, and ensure staff performance aligns with metrics.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation
